Motion To: BE IT RESOLVED THAT the Rules of Procedure be suspended to receive and consider the tentative agreements reached for the renewal of the collective agreements with the Canadian Union of Public Employees Local 503 (Part Time Recreation and Culture) (“CUPE 503”), and with CUPE Local 503 (Summer Aquatics), and to permit the Deputy City Solicitor and staff to brief Council on same; and BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Rules of Procedure be suspended receive and consider requests for exemptions pursuant to the Bilingualism Policy; and AND BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED THAT Council resolve In Camera pursuant to Procedure By-law 2016-377 as follows: a) Pursuant to subsections 13(1)(d), labour relations or employee negotiations and Subsection 13(1)(f), the receiving of advice that is subject to solicitor-client privilege, including communications necessary for that purpose, with respect to
