COMMITTEE RECOMMENDATION That Council approve an amendment to Zoning By-law 2008-250 for 1400 Carling Avenue to permit the addition of two towers, measuring 10 storeys and 12 storeys, to an existing five storey retirement home, as detailed in Document 2.
