ITEM: ZONING BY-LAW AMENDMENT - 5045 INNOVATION DRIVE

Motion To: WHEREAS Report ACS2017-PIE-PS-0099 recommends an amendment to the Zoning By-law to facilitate the development of a commercial plaza; and WHEREAS the report is scheduled to be considered by Council on 13 September 2017; and WHEREAS in order to ensure key timelines are met for the proposed development it is desirable to have the matter considered by Council on 23 August 2017; THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that Report ACS2017-PIE-PS-0099 (Zoning By-law Amendment – 5045 Innovation Drive) proceed to City Council on 23 August 2017, for consideration; and BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that Recommendation 2 be amended to replace the date of 13 September 2017 with 23 August 2017.
