Motion To: That the Rules of Procedure be waived, due to the fact that the summer season has begun, to consider the following motion: WHEREAS the Petrie Island Canoe Club is a not-for-profit organization that provides community and recreational services in the east end of Ottawa at a reasonable cost to residents; and WHEREAS the group has stated that a temporary shipping container is required to protect programming equipment from weather and theft; and WHEREAS due to the recent flooding the Petrie Canoe Club was not able to start their programming on Petrie Island until recently, due to water infiltration on the property; and WHEREAS the Petrie Island Canoe Club has been advised that that they are required to pay an Administration Fee of $1,198.93 (incl.
