Motion To: That the Built Heritage Sub-Committee recommend that Planning Committee recommend that Council: 1. approve the application to demolish 171 Bruyère Street, a property located in the Lowertown West Heritage Conservation District, designated under Part V of the Ontario Heritage Act; and 2. approve the application to construct a parkette at 171 Bruyère Street in the Lowertown West Heritage Conservation District, designated under Part V of the Ontario Heritage Act. (Note: The statutory 90-day timeline for consideration of this application under the Ontario Heritage Act was extended and will expire on March 31, 2016.)
