ITEM: APPOINTMENTS TO THE URBAN AND SUBURBAN PANELS OF THE COMMITTEE OF ADJUSTMENT

Motion To: WHEREAS Report ACS2015-CMR-CCB-0034 recommends the appointments to the Urban and Suburban Panels of the Committee of Adjustment; AND WHEREAS, the naming of Panels 1 and 2 (Suburban and Urban) were inadvertently reversed in the recommendation and body of the report; THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the report recommendation be amended as follows: That, further to deliberations of the Selection Panel, the Planning Committee recommend Council approve the following appointments of individuals to the Urban and Suburban Panels of the Committee of Adjustment, including waiver of Section 2.1 of the Appointment Policy as described in this report.
