Le Plan financier et de mise en œuvre pour le ministère des Affaires municipales et du Logement, comme il est précisé dans le présent rapport, 2. Qu’à la réception du financement du ministère des Affaires municipales et du Logement, que le personnel des Services de logement soit chargé de: A. Motion To: Que le Comité de l’urbanisme recommande au Conseil : 1. de rejeter la demande de modification du Règlement de zonage 2008-250 visant à faire passer la désignation de zonage de la propriété située au 6279, chemin Fernbank, de zone résidentielle de densité 1 (R1D) et zone de protection de l’environnement (EP) à zone résidentielle de densité 3 (R3), avec exceptions; et 2. de rejeter la demande d’approbation de plan de lotissement pour la propriété située au 6279, chemin Fernbank, prévoyant 23 maisons unifamiliales, 26 maisons jumelées et 100 maisons en rangée sur rue, soit 149 logements au total, ainsi que des rues et des îlots pour un bassin de gestion des eaux pluviales, des allées et un espace vert, comme le précise le document 2, étant donné l’absence de l’étude et des documents adéquats prouvant qu’il n’y aura pas d’inondation. Motion To: WHEREAS Report ACS2015-PAI-PGM-0070 recommends zoning changes to the lands known municipally as 250, 266, 268, 272 and 274 Parkdale Avenue, 1518 Scott Street, 9, 11, and 13 Bullman Street; AND WHEREAS the details of recommended zoning contain text which refers to a height of 15 metres; AND WHEREAS the Schedule refers to the maximum height of Area C as 16.5 metres; AND WHEREAS the Schedule refers to a 3 metre setback from Scott Street; AND WHEREAS the road widening required along Scott Street is not parallel to the property line; BE IT RESOLVED that the following changes be made to the staff report: 1. That within Document 2 all references to a height of 15 metres be replaced with 16.5 metres; and 2. That the proposed Schedule within Document 2 be replaced with a new Schedule, attached herein, showing a 2.9 metre setback from Scott Street. That there be no further notice pursuant to Section 34 (17) of the Planning Act.

WHEREAS Report ACS2014-PAI-PGM-0213 approved the front ending and funding for Crownridge Park and directed staff to enter into a front ending agreement with South Kanata Development Corporation, as approved by Planning Committee on September 9, 2014 and by Council on September 10th 2014; AND WHEREAS the approved budget for this project was $766,000 and the South Kanata Development Corporation agreed to contribute $25,000 in non reimbursable funds providing a total project budget of $791,000; AND WHEREAS Council approved a front ending payback to South Kanata Development Corporation to an upset limit of $701,434 plus tax; AND WHEREAS a tender for the construction of Crownridge Park was issued by South Kanata Development Cor
