Motion To: Que le Comité consultatif sur le patrimoine bâti d’Ottawa recommande au Comité de l'agriculture et des affaires rurales de recommander à son tour au Conseil : 1. de délivrer un avis d’intention de désigner la propriété située au 2659, promenade Roger Stevens, aux termes de la partie IV de la Loi sur le patrimoine de l’Ontario, conformément à la déclaration de valeur patrimoniale faisant l’objet du document 5 ci-annexé; et 2. de révoquer le Règlement municipal no 49-85 à la date d’entrée en vigueur du règlement désignant la propriété décrite à la recommandation 1. That the Built Heritage Sub-Committee recommend that Agriculture and Rural Affairs Committee recommend that Council: 1. Motion To: Que le Comité consultatif sur le patrimoine bâti d’Ottawa recommande au Comité de l’urbanisme de recommander à son tour au Conseil : 1. d’approuver la demande de nouvelle construction conformément aux plans de Vinci Design and Construction Inc soumis le 3 décembre 2013; 2. de déléguer au directeur général du Service de l’urbanisme et de la gestion de la croissance le pouvoir d’apporter des modifications mineures à la conception; et 3. de délivrer le permis en matière de patrimoine, qui expirera deux ans après sa date de délivrance. (Nota : Le délai réglementaire de 90 jours d’examen de cette demande, exigé en vertu de la Loi sur le patrimoine de l’Ontario, prendra fin le 3 mars 2014.)
