PURPOSE OF THE APPLICATION:
The Owner wants to construct a new 64.85 m x 30.95 m, one-storey light industrial building, as
shown on plans filed with the Committee.
In order to proceed, the Owner requires the Authority of the Committee for Minor Variances from
the Zoning By-law as follows:
(a) To permit a reduced landscaped buffer width of 1.5 metres along the westerly lot line
whereas the By-law requires a minimum landscaped buffer width of 3.0 metres.
(b) To permit a reduced landscaped buffer width along the southerly property line
(Bantree Street) of 2.4 metres whereas the By-law requires a minimum landscaped
buffer width of 3.0 metres.
THE APPLICATION indicates that the Property is not the subject of any other current
application under the Planning Act.
