PURPOSE OF THE APPLICATION:
The Owner has filed a Consent Application (D08-01-15/B-00429) which, if approved, will have
the effect of creating a parcel of land which will not be in conformity with the requirements of the
In order to proceed, the Owner requires the Authority of the Committee for Minor Variances from
the Zoning By-law as follows:
To permit a reduced lot width of 12.48 metres whereas the By-law requires a
minimum lot width of 15 metres.
To permit a reduced lot area of 380 square metres whereas the By-law requires a
minimum lot area of 450 square metres.
THE APPLICATION indicates that the Property is the subject a current Consent Application as
noted above under the Planning Act.
