In order to proceed, the Owner requires the Authority of the Committee for a Minor Variance
from the Zoning By-law to permit a home-based business to be located within a detached
accessory building (garage) whereas the By-law states in part, that a home-based business is
permitted provided it is located within a dwelling or an attached garage.
THE APPLICATION indicates that the Property is not the subject of any other current
application under the Planning Act.
