of his existing dwelling (facing Kenwood Avenue), as shown on plans filed with the

Variance from the Zoning By-law to permit a reduced southerly corner side yard setback
of 2.20 metres (Kenwood Avenue) whereas the By-law requires a minimum corner side
yard setback of 4.5 metres.
