PURPOSE OF THE APPLICATION:
The Owners want to relocate their existing driveway from Main Street to Bullock
Avenue, as shown on plans filed with the Committee.
In order to proceed, the Owners require the Authority of the Committee for Minor
Variances from the Zoning By-law as follows:
a) To permit parking in the front yard whereas the By-law states that no parking
space may be established and no person may park a motor vehicle in a required
and provided front yard.
b) To permit a reduced parking space length of 4.626 metres whereas the By-law
requires a minimum parking space length of 5.2 metres.
It should be noted that, for By-law purposes, the frontage on Bullock Avenue is deemed
to be the front lot line for this property.
THE APPLICATION indicates that the Property is not the subject of any other current
application under the Planning Act.
