The Owner wants to subdivide its property into two separate parcels of land in order to create
one new lot for the development of a residential care facility (Dave Smith Treatment Facility).
In order to do this, the Owner requires the Consent of the Committee for a Conveyance and
a Grant of Easement/Right-of-Way. The severed land will have frontage of 200 metres on
Oak Creek Road to a depth of 383.37 metres and will contain a lot area of 10.45 hectares.
This parcel is vacant and will be known municipally as 680 Oak Creek Road.
The retained land will have frontage of 383.37 metres on Bradley Side Road and will contain
a lot area of 44.92 hectares and is known municipally as 1883 Bradley Side Road.
It is proposed to establish a 15 metre wide easement on the retained land, located at the
northeast corner of the severed lot and extending to the creek, for drainage purposes, in
favour of the Dave Smith Treatment Facility.
THE APPLICATION indicates that the Property is not the subject of any other current
applications under the Planning Act.
