PURPOSE OF THE APPLICATIONS:
The Owners want to subdivide their property into three separate parcels of land in order to
create two new lots for future development, as well as conveying a portion of their property to
the owner of the abutting property to the west known municipally as 2006 Kinburn Side Road.
CONSENT IS REQUIRED FOR THE FOLLOWING:
In order to do this, the Owners require the Consent of the Committee for Conveyances. The
property is shown as Parts 1 to 3 on a Draft 4R-Plan filed with the Committee and the
separate conveyances will be as follows:

1980 Kinburn Side Road
The land to be retained will have frontage of 610 metres on Becks Road and will contain a lot
area of 17.07 hectares. This parcel contains the existing dwelling and is known municipally
as 3735 Becks Road.
THE APPLICATIONS indicate that the Property is not the subject of any other current
applications under the Planning Act.
