PURPOSE OF THE APPLICATION:
The Owner wants to subdivide its property into two separate parcels of land. One
parcel is to remain vacant and the other parcel will be developed for future commercial
CONSENT IS REQUIRED FOR THE FOLLOWING:
In order to do this, the Owner requires the Consent of the Committee for a Conveyance
and a Partial Discharge of Mortgages/Charges.
The lands to be severed, shown as Parts 1 & 2 on a Draft 4R-Plan filed with the
application, will have frontages of 90.93 metres on Gerry Lalonde Drive and 164.54
metres on Tenth Line Road to an irregular depth and will contain an area of 1.606
hectares. This vacant parcel will be known municipally as 2168 Tenth Line Road,and is
to be developed for future commercial use.
The land to be retained, will have broken frontages of 97.97 metres and 117.92 metres
on Mer Bleue Road and 278.07 metres and 270.90 metres on Gerry Lalonde Drive to an
irregular depth and will contain a lot area of 67.64 hectares. This vacant parcel will be
known municipally as 353 Gerry Lalonde Drive.
THE APPLICATION indicates that the Property is not the subject of any other current
applications under the Planning Act.
