PURPOSE OF THE APPLICATION:
The Owners want to subdivide their property into two separate parcels of land in order to
create one new residential lot.
CONSENT IS REQUIRED FOR THE FOLLOWING:
In order to do this, the Owner requires the Consent of the Committee for a Conveyance. The
land to be severed will have frontage of 50 metres on Anderson Road and will contain a lot
area of 0.8 hectares. This parcel is vacant and will be known municipally as 4785 Anderson
Road.
The land to be retained will have frontage of 110.3 metres on Anderson Road and will
contain a lot area of 5.49 hectares. This parcel of land contains a detached dwelling and 4
accessory buildings (sheds) and is known municipally as 4775 Anderson Road.
THE APPLICATION indicates that the Property is not the subject of any other current
applications under the Planning Act.
