PURPOSE OF THE APPLICATION:
The Owner wants to subdivide its property into two separate parcels of land for future
retail and commercial development.
CONSENT IS REQUIRED FOR THE FOLLOWING:
In order to do this, the Owner requires the Consent of the Committee for a Conveyance
and a Maintenance/Joint-Use Agreement.
The land to be severed, shown as Parts 1 to 12 on a Draft 4R-Plan filed with the
application, will have frontages of 377.86 metres on Innes Road and 191.76 metres on
Mer Bleue Road to an irregular depth and will contain a lot area of 8.2 hectares. This
parcel is vacant and will be known municipally as 2015 Mer Bleue Road.
The land to be retained, shown as Parts 13 to 15 on the plan submitted, is landlocked
and will contain a lot area of 12.6 hectares. This parcel is vacant and will be known
municipally as 2025 Mer Bleue Road.
*The application indicates that Parts 3 to 10 and 13 are the subject of an existing
easement as set out in Inst. No. OC1410495 and Parts 2 and 3 are the subject of an
existing easement as set out in Inst. No. OC1643380
THE APPLICATION indicates that the Property is not the subject of any other current
applications under the Planning Act.
