PURPOSE OF THE APPLICATION:
The Owner wants to subdivide its property into two separate parcels of land. One parcel
will contain an existing sales office and the other parcel will contain a proposed school.
CONSENT IS REQUIRED FOR THE FOLLOWING:
In order to do this, the Owner requires the Consent of the Committee for a Conveyance.
The land to be severed, shown as Parts 4, 6 and 13 to 16 on a Draft 4R-Plan filed with
the application, will have a frontage of 228.6 metres on Strandherd Drive to an irregular
depth and will contain a lot area of 5.12 hectares. This parcel will contain the proposed
school to be known municipally as 4025 Strandherd Drive.
The land to be retained, shown as Parts 1 to 3, 5 and 7 to 12 on the plan submitted, will
have frontages of 350.98 metres on Strandherd Drive and 112.83 metres on Cedarview
Road to an irregular depth and will contain a lot area of 26.4 hectares. This parcel
contains the existing sales office and is known municipally as 4005 Strandherd Drive.
*The application indicates that Parts 2, 6, 7, 9, 10 & 11 to 16 are the subject of existing
easements as set out in Inst. Nos. OC1094377, OC783622 and OC1200930.
APPLICATION indicates that the Property is not the subject of any other current
applications under the Planning Act.
