PURPOSE OF THE APPLICATION:
The Owner wants to convey a portion of his property to the abutting landowner to the east,
known municipally known as 153 Donald B. Munro Drive.
CONSENT IS REQUIRED FOR THE FOLLOWING:
In order to do this, the Owner requires the Consent of the Committee for a Conveyance. The
land to be severed is shown as Part 3 on a Draft 4R-Plan filed with the application, is
landlocked and will contain a lot area of 13107.2 square metres.
The land to be retained is shown as Parts 1 and 2 and will have frontage of 77.14 metres on
Donald B. Munro Drive and will contain a lot area of 6960.5 square metres. This parcel
contains an existing one storey commercial building known municipally as 211 Donald B.
Munro Drive.
THE APPLICATION indicates that the Property is not the subject of any other current
applications under the Planning Act.
