PURPOSE OF THE APPLICATION:
The Owner wants to establish an Easement/Right-of-Way over a portion of its property in
favour of the abutting land to the east, known municipally as 172 Glebe Avenue, for the
purpose of vehicular access to the parking space at the rear of the property.
CONSENT IS REQUIRED FOR THE FOLLOWING:
In order to proceed, the Owner requires the Consent of the Committee for a Grant of
Easement /Right-of-Way. The easement/right of way land is shown as Part 1 on the Draft
4R Plan filed with this application, it will have frontage of 0.9 metres on Glebe Avenue and
will contain a lot area of 28 square metres.
THE APPLICATION indicates that the Property is not the subject of any other current
applications under the Planning Act.
