PURPOSE OF THE APPLICATION:
The Owner wants to subdivide its property into two separate parcels of land in order to create
a lot for a surplus farm dwelling.
CONSENT IS REQUIRED FOR THE FOLLOWING:
In order to do this, the Owner requires the Consent of the Committee for a Conveyance. The
land to be severed will have frontage of 324 metres on Upper Dwyer Hill Road and a frontage
of 159 metres on Carroll Side Road and will contain a lot area of 5 hectares. This parcel
contains the existing dwelling, kennell and accessory structures (sheds) and will be known
municipally as 1848 Upper Dwyer Hill Road.
The land to be retained will have frontages of 267 metres on Upper Dwyer Hill Road and 510
metres on Carroll Side Road, and will contain a lot area of 35 hectares. This parcel is vacant
and will be known municipally as 1890 Upper Dwyer Hill Road.
THE APPLICATION indicates that the Property is not the subject of any other current
applications under the Planning Act.
