PURPOSE OF THE APPLICATION:
The Owners want to convey a portion of their property to the abutting land owners to the
south, known municipally as 62 Ivy Crescent.
CONSENT IS REQUIRED FOR THE FOLLOWING:
In order to do this, the Owners require the Consent of the Committee for a Conveyance
and Grant of Easement/Right of Way.
The lands to be severed are vacant and will have frontage of 0.57 metres on Ivy
Crescent and will contain an area of 24.36 square metres. These lands are shown as
Parts 1 & 2 on a Draft 4R-Plan filled with the application. The land to be retained will
have frontage of 6.69 metres on Ivy Crescent and will contain a lot area of 199.54 square
metres This land is shown as Parts 3 & 4 on the Draft 4R-Plan is known municipally as
64 Ivy Crescent.
It is proposed to establish an easement/right-of-way over Part 1 for Pedestrian Access in
favour of Parts 3 & 4 (64 Ivy Crescent) and an easement over Part 3 for the
encroachment of Eaves and Pedestrian Access in favour of 62 Ivy Crescent.
THE APPLICATION indicates that the Property is not the subject of any other current
applications under the Planning Act.
