PURPOSE OF THE APPLICATIONS:
In 2012, the Committee refused Consent Applications (D08-01-11/B-00410 to D08-01-11/B00413) and Minor Variance Applications (D08-02-11/A-00388 to D08-02-11/A-00340 and D0802-11/A-00436) pertaining to two parcels of land known municipally as 1546, 1550 Claymor
Avenue. The decision of the Committee was overturned by the Ontario Municipal Board,
however the applications were not completed within the required statutory time period. The
parcels have since merged and the Owner is now applying to subdivide the property into two
separate parcels of land. Each parcel will contain an existing dwelling and detached garage.
CONSENT IS REQUIRED FOR THE FOLLOWING:
In order to do this, the Owner requires the Consent of the Committee for Conveyances. The
property is shown as Parts 1 to 4 on a Draft 4R-Plan filed with the applications and the separate
parcels will be as follows:
