PURPOSE OF THE APPLICATION:
The Owner wants to convey a portion of its property to the abutting landowner to the west known
municipally as 4070 Belgreen Drive.
CONSENT IS REQUIRED FOR THE FOLLOWING:
In order to do this, the Owner requires the Consent of the Committee for a Conveyance. The
land to be conveyed, shown as Parts 3, 4, 5 & 6 on a Draft 4R-Plan filed with the application, is
landlocked, to a depth of 54.01 metres and will contain an area of 3633.55 square metres. This
vacant parcel is to be conveyed to 4070 Belgreen Drive
The remaining lands, which includes Parts 1 & 2 on the plan submitted will have a frontage of
66.87 metres on Belgreen Drive and will contain a lot area of 8415.2 square metres. This parcel
contains an existing commercial building known municipally as 4080 Belgreen Drive.
The application indicates that Parts 1 to 6 are the subject of an agreement as set out in Inst. No
NS51336, Parts 2 & 3 are the subject of an existing right-of-way as set out in Inst LT54732 and
Part 5 is the subject of existing easements as set out in Inst Nos. NS49000 and NS74887.
THE APPLICATION indicates that the Property is not the subject of any other current
applications under the Planning Act.
