PURPOSE OF THE APPLICATION:
The Owner wants to subdivide his property into two separate parcels of land in order to
create one new lot for future development.
CONSENT IS REQUIRED FOR THE FOLLOWING:
In order to do this, the Owner requires the Consent of the Committee for a Conveyance. The
land to be severed will have frontage of 50.3 metres on Bleeks Road to a depth of 159
metres and will contain a lot area of 0.8 hectares. This parcel is vacant and will be known
municipally as 7255 Bleeks Road.
The land to be retained has frontage of 260 metres on Mansfield Road to a depth of 1,416.2
metres and will contain a lot area of 41.5 hectares. This parcel contains the existing farm
residence and 8 accessory farm structures, and is known municipally as 7246 Mansfield
Road.
THE APPLICATION indicates that the Property is not the subject of any other current
applications under the Planning Act.
