PURPOSE OF THE APPLICATIONS:
In 2014 Applications for Consent and Minor Variance were approved to subdivide this
property, however the Consent applications were not completed within the statutory
timeframe. The Owners are now reapplying to subdivide the property into three
separate parcels of land in order to obtain separate ownership for the existing threestorey, three-unit multiple attached dwelling.
CONSENT IS REQUIRED FOR THE FOLLOWING:
In order to proceed, the Owner requires the Consent of the Committee for Conveyances,
Grant of Easement/Right-of-Way and a Joint-Use and Maintenance Agreement. The
property is shown as Parts 1, 2, 3 & 4 on Plan 4R-28540 filed with the applications and
the separate parcels will be as follows:

It is proposed to create a right-of-way over Part 4 for the benefit of the Owner of Part 2
