PURPOSE OF THE APPLICATION:
The Owner wants to subdivide its property into two separate vacant parcels of land.
CONSENT IS REQUIRED FOR THE FOLLOWING:
In order to do this, the Owner requires the Consent of the Committee for a Conveyance. The
land to be severed, shown as Part 1 on a Draft 4R-Plan filed with the application, will have a
frontage of 61.89 metres on Bill Leathem Drive to an irregular depth and will contain a lot area
of 4046.9 square metres. This vacant parcel will be known municipally as 96 Bill Leathem Drive.
The remaining land, shown as Part of Part 18, Plan 4R-9089 will have frontages of 297.57
meters on Bill Leathem Drive and 114.66 metres on Leikin Drive and will contain a lot area of
19578.7 square metres. This vacant parcel is known municipally as 102 Bill Leathem Drive.
THE APPLICATION indicates that the Property is not the subject of any other current
applications under the Planning Act.
