PURPOSE OF THE APPLICATION:
The Owner wants to convey a portion of its property to the abutting land owners to the
north known municipally as 1709 Dunrobin Road.
CONSENT IS REQUIRED FOR THE FOLLOWING:
In order to do this, the Owner requires the Consent of the Committee for a Conveyance.
The land to be severed is shown on a sketch filed with the application and will have
frontage of 7.0 metres on Dunrobin Road and will contain a lot area of 0.08 ha.
The land to be retained will have frontage of 50.87 metres on Dunrobin Road and will
contain a lot area of 12.29 ha. This parcel is vacant and is known municipally as 1705
Dunrobin Road.
THE APPLICATION indicates that the Property is not the subject of any other current
applications under the Planning Act.
