PURPOSE OF THE APPLICATION:
The Owners want to subdivide their property in order to create a lot for a surplus farm
dwelling.
CONSENT IS REQUIRED FOR THE FOLLOWING:
In order to do this, the Owners require the Consent of the Committee for a Conveyance.
The land to be severed will have frontage of 45 metres on McCordick Road to a depth
of 273 metres and will contain a lot area of 3 hectares. This parcel contains the existing
detached dwelling and accessory structures (storage/work sheds) and is known
municipally as 6236 McCordick Road.
The lands to be retained are vacant and will have frontage of 272 metres on Pollock
Road and 365 metres on McCordick Road, for an area of 3 hectares, and frontage of
1,160 metres on McCordick Road for an area of 32 hectares.
The Application indicates that the retained lands will be merged with the property to the
west, to be known municipally as 2714 Pollock Road.
THE APPLICATION also indicates that the Property is not the subject of any other
current applications under the Planning Act.
