PURPOSE OF THE APPLICATION:
The Owner wants to establish an Easement/Right-of-Way over a portion of its property in favour
of Bell Canada for utility installation.
CONSENT IS REQUIRED FOR THE FOLLOWING:
In order to do this, the Owner requires the Consent of the Committee for a Grant of
Easement/Right-of-Way. The easement land, shown as Part 1 on Plan 4R-29005 will have a
frontage of 1.26 metres on Kilbirnie Drive to a depth of 1.01 metres and will contain an area of
2.15 square metres. This parcel is vacant.
The remaining land will contain a lot area of 29.076 hectares which forms part of the
(Stonebridge Golf Course) and is known municipally as 3700 Jockvale Road.
THE APPLICATION indicates that the Property is not the subject of any other current
applications under the Planning Act.
