PURPOSE OF THE APPLICATION:
The Owner wants to subdivide its property into two separate parcels of land in order to
create a lot for a surplus farm dwelling.
CONSENT IS REQUIRED FOR THE FOLLOWING:
In order to do this, the Owner requires the Consent of the Committee for a Conveyance.
The land to be severed will have frontage of 35 metres on Shea Road to a depth of 116
metres and will contain a lot area of 0.4 hectares. This parcel will contain the existing
dwelling and one accessory building and is known municipally as 3244 Shea Road.
The land to be retained will have broken frontages of 592 metres on Shea Road and
409 metres on Garvin Road, and will contain a lot area of 38 hectares. This parcel is
vacant and will be known municipally as 3152 Shea Road.
THE APPLICATION indicates that the Property is not the subject of any other current
applications under the Planning Act.
