PURPOSE OF THE APPLICATION:
The Owner wants to subdivide her property into two separate parcels of land in order to
create one new residential lot.
CONSENT IS REQUIRED FOR THE FOLLOWING:
In order to do this, the Owner requires the Consent of the Committee for a Conveyance.
The land to be severed will have frontage of 76.2 metres on John Quinn Road to a
depth of 76.2 metres and will contain a lot area of 0.57 hectares. This parcel contains
the existing detached dwelling and pool and is known municipally as 1075 John Quinn
Road.
The land to be retained will have frontage of 326 metres on John Quinn Road to an
irregular depth of 616 metres and will contain a lot area of 24 hectares. This parcel is
vacant and will be known municipally as 1035 John Quinn Road.
THE APPLICATION indicates that the Property is not the subject of any other current
applications under the Planning Act.
