PURPOSE OF THE APPLICATION:
The Owner wants to subdivide its property into two separate parcels of land in order to create
separate ownership for the two townhouse units.
CONSENT IS REQUIRED FOR THE FOLLOWING:
In order to proceed, the Owner requires the Consent of the Committee for a Conveyance. The
land to be conveyed, shown as Parts 74 & 75 on Plan 4R-17980 filed with the application, will
have a frontage of 8.27 metres on Gotham Private to a depth of 21.50 metres and will contain a
lot area of 178 square metres. This parcel will contain one unit of a townhouse known
municipally as 300 Gotham Private.
The retained land, shown as Parts 76 & 77 on said plan, will have a frontage of 4.75 metres on
Gotham Private to a depth of 21.50 metres and will contain a lot area of 103.8 square metres.
This parcel will contain one unit of a townhouse known municipally as 302 Gotham Private.
THE APPLICATION indicates that there are existing rights-of-ways and easements as follows:
Easement in favour of Rogers Ottawa (Inst. No.OC56525), Right-of-Way over Part 75 in favour
of Parts 76 & 77 (Inst. No.OC131849) and a Right-of-Way over Part 75 in favour of Part 78 (Inst.
No.OC131849). The application further indicates that the Property is not the subject of any other
current applications under the Planning Act.
