2008-250

PURPOSE OF THE APPLICATIONS:
The Owner wants to convey a portion of his property to the abutting landowner to the south-west
known municipally as 472 River Road and establish an easement/right-of-way over his property
at 466 River Road for shared access to 472 River Road.
CONSENT IS REQUIRED FOR THE FOLLOWING:
In order to do this, the Owner requires the Consent of the Committee for a Conveyance and a
Grant of Easement/Right-of-Way. The property is shown as Parts 4 to 7 on a Draft 4R-Plan and
the separate parcels will be as follows:

Proposed
Easement/Right-ofway in favour of 472
River Road

The lands to be retained, shown as Parts 5, 6 & 7 on the plan submitted will have a frontage of
181.19 metres on River Road to a depth of 250.50 metres (irregular) and will contain a lot area
of 37427 square metres. This parcel contains an existing dwelling, metal building and three
sheds known municipally as 466 River Road.
The Application indicates that Part 2 on the Draft 4R-Plan (Part 3 on Plan 5R-9492) would
appear to be an existing easement/right-of-way in favour of the Owner of 466 River Road
The Application further indicates that the resulting lots at 466 and 472 River Road will each be
redeveloped with a new detached dwelling, replacing the existing dwellings.
THE APPLICATIONS indicate that the Property is not the subject of any other current
applications under the Planning Act.
