PURPOSE OF THE APPLICATION:
The Owners want to convey a portion of their property to the abutting land owners to the
east known municipally as 4662 McCordick Road.
CONSENT IS REQUIRED FOR THE FOLLOWING:
In order to do this, the Owners require the Consent of the Committee for a Conveyance.
The land to be severed, shown on a sketch filed with the Committee, will have frontage
of 7.95 metres on McCordick Road to a depth of 264.71 metres. This parcel is vacant
and will contain an area of 3.8 hectares.
The land to be retained will have frontage of 91.44 metres on McCordick Road to a
depth of 103 metres and will contain an area of 0.9 hectares. This parcel contains the
existing dwelling known municipally as 4640 McCordick Road.
THE APPLICATION indicates that the Property is not the subject of any other current
applications under the Planning Act.
