PURPOSE OF THE APPLICATIONS:
The Owners want to subdivide their property into two separate parcels of land in order
to create a lot for a surplus farm dwelling, as well as convey a portion of its property to
the owner of the abutting property to the west, known municipally as 5785 McCordick
Road.
CONSENT IS REQUIRED FOR THE FOLLOWING:
In order to do this, the Owners require the Consent of the Committee for Conveyances.
B-00322 Lot Line Adjustment –
The land to be severed will be a landlocked parcel of land containing an area of 0.6
hectares. This parcel is vacant and will be conveyed to the owner of 5785 McCordick
Road.
B-00323 Surplus Farm Dwelling - 5883 McCordick Road:
The land to be severed is shown on a sketch plan filed with the application, has frontage
of 87 metres to an irregular depth and contains a lot area of 1.6 hectares. This parcel
contains the existing detached dwelling and is known municipally as 5883 McCordick
Road.
The land to be retained will have frontage of 87 metres on McCordick Road to an
irregular depth of 1950 metres and will contain a lot area of 37 hectares. This parcel is
vacant and will be known municipally as 5891 McCordick Road.
THE APPLICATIONS indicate that the Property is not the subject of any other current
applications under the Planning Act.
