PURPOSE OF THE APPLICATIONS:
The Owners want to convey two vacant portions of their property to the abutting
landowners to the south, known municipally as 590 and 596 David Manchester Road.
CONSENT IS REQUIRED FOR THE FOLLOWING:
In order to do this, the Owners require the Consent of the Committee for Conveyances
as follows:
B-00319 Lot Line Adjustment
The land to be severed will be a landlocked parcel of land is shown as Part 1 on a Draft
4R-Plan filed with the application to an irregular depth of 46.36 metres and will contain a
lot area of 0.217 hectares. This parcel is vacant and will be conveyed to the owner of
596 David Manchester Road.
B-00320 Lot Line Adjustment
The land to be severed is shown as Part 2 on a Draft 4R-Plan filed with the application,
has frontage of 30.48 metres on David Manchester Road, to an irregular depth of 129.5
metres and will contain a lot area of 0.654 hectares. This parcel is vacant and will be
conveyed to the owner of 590 David Manchester Road.
The land to be retained is shown as Part of Part 1 on a Draft 4R-Plan filed with the
application, will have frontage of 263.34 metres on David Manchester Road to an


irregular depth of 149.2 metres and will contain a lot area of 3.69 hectares. This parcel
is vacant and will be known municipally as 586 David Manchester Road.
THE APPLICATIONS indicate that the Property is not the subject of any other current
applications under the Planning Act.
