PURPOSE OF THE APPLICATION: The Owners want to subdivide their property into two separate parcels of land in order to create a lot for a surplus farm dwelling. CONSENT IS REQUIRED FOR THE FOLLOWING: In order to do this, the Owners require the Consent of the Committee for a Conveyance and a Grant of Easement/Right-of-Way. The land to be severed will have frontage of 30 metres on Fourth Line Road, is shown as Parts 1, 2 and 3 on a draft 4R Plan filed and will contain a lot area of 1.47 hectares. This parcel will contain the existing detached dwelling and barn and is known municipally as 6069 Fourth Line Road. The land to be retained will have a broken frontage of 382 metres on Fourth Line Road to an irregular depth and will contain a lot area of 38 hectares. This parcel is vacant and will be known municipally 6089 Fourth Line Road. It is proposed to establish a right-of-way over Part 2 for the benefit of the owners of the retained land. THE APPLICATION indicates that the Property is not the subject of any other current applications under the Planning Act.
