PURPOSE OF THE APPLICATION:
The Owners wants to convey a portion of their property to the abutting land owners to
the north known municipally as 6526 Fourth Line Road.
CONSENT IS REQUIRED FOR THE FOLLOWING:
In order to do this, the Owners require the Consent of the Committee for a Conveyance.
The land to be severed will have frontages of 10.39 metres on Fourth Line Road and
10.67 metres on Roger Stevens Drive to an irregular depth. This parcel is vacant and
will contain an area of 9.22 ha.
The land to be retained will have broken frontage of 15.67 metres and 14.94 metres on
Roger Stevens Drive to an irregular depth of 99 metres and will contain an area of 0.77
ha. This parcel is vacant and will be known municipally as 6570 Roger Stevens Drive.
THE APPLICATION indicates that the Property is not the subject of any other current
applications under the Planning Act.
