PURPOSE OF THE APPLICATION:
The Owner wants to convey a portion of his property to the abutting landowner to the west
known municipally as 76 Nutting Crescent.
CONSENT IS REQUIRED FOR THE FOLLOWING:
In order to proceed, the Owner requires the Consent of the Committee for a Conveyance. The
land to be conveyed, shown as Part 1 on a Draft 4R-Plan filed with the application will have a
frontage of 8.99 metres on Nutting Crescent to a depth of 2.25 metres (irregular) and will contain
a lot area of 5.7 square metres. This vacant parcel is to be conveyed to 76 Nutting Crescent.
The remaining land, shown as Part 2 on the plan submitted, will have frontages of 194.96
metres on Spratt Road and 25.72 metres on Nutting Crescent to a depth of 165.35 metres
(irregular) and will contain 2.388 hectares. This vacant parcel is known municipally as 4624
Spratt Road.
THE APPLICATION indicates that the Property is not the subject of any other current
applications under the Planning Act.
