PURPOSE OF THE APPLICATION:
The Owner wants to convey a portion of its property to the abutting land owners to the
south known municipally as 8 Sweetnam Drive.
CONSENT IS REQUIRED FOR THE FOLLOWING:
In order to do this, the Owner requires the Consent of the Committee for a Conveyance.
The land to be severed is shown as Parts 1, 2, 3 and 4 on Plan 4R-24559, will have
frontage of 92 metres on Sweetnam Road to an irregular depth of 39.87 metres, will
contain an area of 0.3852 ha. This land is vacant and is to be merged with the property
at 8 Sweetnam Drive. The application indicates that these lands were the subject of a
previous conveyance as in Consent Application D08-01-07/B-00368.
The land to be retained will have frontage of 201 metres, to an irregular depth of 150
metres and will contain a lot area of 4.18 ha. This parcel is vacant and will be known
municipally as 5 Orchard Drive.
THE APPLICATION indicates that the Property is not the subject of any other current
applications under the Planning Act.
