PURPOSE OF THE APPLICATION:
The Owners wants to subdivide their property into two separate parcels of land in order
to create one new lot.
CONSENT IS REQUIRED FOR THE FOLLOWING:
In order to do this, the Owners require the Consent of the Committee for a Conveyance.
The land to be severed will have frontage of 50 metres on Piperville Road to a depth of
160 metres and will contain a lot area of 0.8 hectares. This parcel is vacant and will be
known municipally as 5535 Piperville Road.
The land to be retained will have frontage of 233 metres on Piperville Road to an
irregular depth of 437 metres and will contain a lot area of 12.2 hectares. This parcel
contains the existing detached dwelling and shed known municipally as 5577 Piperville
Road.
THE APPLICATION indicates that the Property is not the subject of any other current
applications under the Planning Act.
