PURPOSE OF THE APPLICATION:
The Owner wants to subdivide its property into two separate parcels of land in order to
create a lot for a surplus farm dwelling.
CONSENT IS REQUIRED FOR THE FOLLOWING:
In order to do this, the Owner requires the Consent of the Committee for a Conveyance.
The land to be severed will have frontage of 36.6 metres on McCordick Road to an
irregular depth of 155 metres and will contain a lot area of 0.72 hectares. This parcel
will contain the existing single dwelling and one accessory building known municipally
as 5537 McCordick Road.
The land to be retained will be landlocked and will contain a lot area of 23 hectares.
The Application indicates this vacant parcel will be merged with the parcel of land
immediately to the north known municipally as 5501 McCordick Road.
THE APPLICATION indicates that the Property is not the subject of any other current
applications under the Planning Act.
