PURPOSE OF THE APPLICATIONS:
The Owner wants to subdivide its property into two separate parcels of land in order to
create a lot for a surplus farm dwelling, as well as convey a portion of its property to the
owner of the abutting property to the south, known municipally as 5531 McCordick
Road.
CONSENT IS REQUIRED FOR THE FOLLOWING:
In order to do this, the Owner requires the Consent of the Committee for Conveyances.
B-00299 Surplus Farm Dwelling - 5511 McCordick Road:
The land to be severed will have frontage of 140 metres on McCordick Road and will
contain a lot area of 2.13 hectares. This parcel will contain the existing single dwelling
and four accessory buildings known municipally as 5511 McCordick Road.
B-00300 Lot Line Adjustment – (5531) McCordick Road
The land to be severed is shown on a sketch plan filed with the application, is
landlocked, contains a lot area of 0.14 hectares and will be conveyed to the abutting
property owner at 5531 McCordick Road.
The land to be retained will have frontage of 13.5 metres on McCordick Road and will
contain a lot area of approximately 17 hectares. This parcel is vacant and the
application indicates that it will be merged with the parcel of land immediately to the
north known municipally as 5501 McCordick Road.
THE APPLICATIONS indicate that the Property is not the subject of any other current
applications under the Planning Act.

The Application indicates this vacant parcel will be merged with the parcel of land
immediately to the north known municipally as 5501 McCordick Road.
THE APPLICATION indicates that the Property is not the subject of any other current
applications under the Planning Act.
