PURPOSE OF THE APPLICATIONS:
The application seeks to subdivide the property in order to correct legal descriptions for
two individual properties containing the dwellings known municipally as 2225 and 2233
McGee Side Road.
CONSENT IS REQUIRED FOR THE FOLLOWING:
In order to do this, the Owner requires the Consent of the Committee for Conveyances
and Correction of Titles. The property is shown on a Draft 4R Plan filed with the
applications and the separate parcels will be as follows:

The retained land will have a broken frontage totaling 161.19 on Carp Road and a
broken frontage of 452.57 metres on McGee Side Road, is shown as Parts 2, 3, 4, 5
and 6 on Plan 4R-28547 and will contain a lot area of 190117.9 square metres. This
parcel contains several existing portable storage buildings on site as well as an
administrative office building known municipally as 3019 Carp Road (Cut Rite

current applications under the Planning Act.
