PURPOSE OF THE APPLICATION:
In 2014, Applications for Consents (D08-01-13/B-00510 and D08-01-13/B-00511) to
subdivide this property into three separate parcels of land was approved but one of the
Applications was not completed within the statutory time period. The Owner is now reapplying and wants to subdivide this property into two separate parcels of land. There is
an existing dwelling known municipally as 5873 Perth Street located on the parcel of
land.
CONSENT IS REQUIRED FOR THE FOLLOWING:
In order to proceed, the Owner requires the Consent of the Committee for a
Conveyance. The severed land, shown as Parts 1, 2 and 3 on Plan 4R-27894 filed with
the application, will have a broken frontage totaling 67.65 metres on Perth Street to an
irregular depth, and will contain a lot area of 1.37 hectares. This parcel contains the
existing detached dwelling known municipally as 5873 Perth Street.
The retained land, shown as Parts 4, 5 and 7 on said plan, will have a frontage of
113.33 metres on Perth Street to an irregular depth, and will contain an area of 43.77
hectares. This parcel is vacant and will be known municipally as 5843 Perth Street.
The Application indicates that Parts 2, 4 and 5 are existing easements.
THE APPLICATION indicates that the Property is not the subject of any other current
applications under the Planning Act.
