PURPOSE OF THE APPLICATION:
The Owner wants to subdivide its property into two separate parcels of land in order to
create a new lot for future development.
CONSENT IS REQUIRED FOR THE FOLLOWING:
In order to proceed, the Owner requires the Authority of the Committee for a
Conveyance.
The land to be severed, shown as Part 4 on a Draft 4R-Plan filed with the application
will have a frontage of 120 metres on Cambrian Road to a depth of 169.98 metres and
will contain a lot area of 22000 square metres. This newly created lot will be known
municipally as 3831 Cambrian Road.
The land to be retained, will have a frontage of 512.8 metres on Cambrian Road to a
depth of 159.9 metres and will contain an area of 103000 square metres. This vacant
parcel will be known municipally as 3853 Cambrian Road
THE APPLICATION indicates that the Property is not the subject of any other current
applications under the Planning Act.
