PURPOSE OF THE APPLICATION:
The Owner wants to convey a portion of his property to the abutting property owner to
the south, known municipally as 235 Powell Avenue.
CONSENT IS REQUIRED FOR THE FOLLOWING:
In order to proceed, the Owner requires the Consent of the Committee for a
Conveyance. The severed land, which is a part of the rear lane, is landlocked and
shown as Part 1 on the Draft 4R-Plan filed with the application. It will measure 10.06
metres by 3.05 metres and will contain an area of 30.68 square metres. This parcel is
to be conveyed to the abutting property owner to the south, known municipally as 235
Powell Avenue.
The retained land, shown on a plan filed with the Committee, will measure 150.90
metres by 3.05 metres and will contain an area of 460.25 square metres. This parcel is
known municipally as 677 Bronson Avenue.
THE APPLICATION indicates that the Property is not the subject of any other current
applications under the Planning Act.
