PURPOSE OF THE APPLICATIONS:
The Owner wants to subdivide his property into three separate parcels of land. Two of
the parcels will each contain one of the two existing detached dwellings and the third
parcel will contain the existing restaurant.
CONSENT IS REQUIRED FOR THE FOLLOWING:
In order to proceed, the Owner requires the Consent of the Committee for
Conveyances. The property is shown as Parts 1, 2 & 3 on a Draft 4R-Plan filled with the
applications and the separate parcels will be as follows:
1139 Heron Rd.,
1143 Heron Rd.,
1145 Heron Rd.,
Approval of these applications will have the effect of creating three parcels of land two
of which will not be in conformity with the requirements of the Zoning By-law and
therefore, Minor Variance Applications (D08-02-15/A-00263 & D08-02-15/A-00264)
have been filed and will be heard concurrently with these applications.
